Privacy Policy

Indi ("we", "our", "the app") is a daily wellness app made by Integrative Wellness. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account info: your name, email, and Google account ID when you sign in.
• Health inputs you enter: genetic SNP data, bloodwork values, food logs, symptoms, supplements, menstrual cycle, alcohol/cannabis logs, and notes you choose to write.
• Wearable data: if you connect Oura, we read sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity, readiness, and stress metrics through Oura's official API.
• Usage data: basic logs (page loads, errors) so we can fix bugs. No third-party advertising trackers.
• Payment information: when you start a trial or subscribe, your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, your plan, and whether your subscription is active, so the app knows what you have access to.

How we use it

• To generate your personalized Daily Pulse, synthesis, and forecast using Anthropic's Claude API.
• To save your data in Google Firestore so it persists across sessions.
• To debug issues you report through the in-app Bug Reporter.

Who sees your data

• You: through the app. Only your own logged-in account.
• Anthropic: your data is sent to Claude when generating insights. Anthropic does not train on this data (per their commercial terms).
• Google Cloud / Firebase: where data is stored and the app is hosted.
• The Indi team: only when you submit a Bug Report or explicitly request support.
• Stripe processes payments and sees your name, email, and card details. Stripe's own privacy policy covers that data.
• We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes you haven't agreed to.

Genetic data

Your genetic SNP data is sensitive. We store it encrypted at rest and only use it for the personalized analysis you've opted into. We never share it with insurers, employers, or third parties.

Your rights

• You can delete any individual log from inside the app.
• You can request full account and data deletion by emailing sarah@int-wellness.com.
• You can export your data on request.

Security

Data in transit uses HTTPS. Data at rest is encrypted by Google Cloud. Authentication uses Google's OAuth. No passwords are stored by Indi.
