The pattern is usually there. It is just spread across six apps, a drawer of lab PDFs and a year of appointments where everyone saw one piece of it. Indi keeps all of it in one place and tells you what it is noticing.

How it works · 01
Tell it how you are. "Rough night, wired at 2am, gut is off again." Type it the way you would text a friend. Indi sorts it out. No forms, no spreadsheets.
Snap your food. Photograph the plate or describe it in a sentence. Macros and nutrients get handled for you.
Read what it noticed. Every morning Indi connects what you logged across days and gives you one thing to focus on, in plain language, with the reasoning shown.
Ask it anything. "Why do I crash at 3pm?" "Is this supplement doing anything?" It answers using your data, not generic advice.

Most people start with nothing but their own observations, and that is enough. Indi gets sharper as you add to it.

Nothing breaks. Indi says what it can with what it has and tells you when it is working with thin data rather than pretending to be confident.
